Baron Corbin Breaks WWE Losing Streak

Baron Corbin finally wins a WWE match

The losing streak is over!

While he has not performed on WWE TV since mid-March, Baron Corbin continues to wrestle at the company's house shows and he was in action on Saturday, April 29 at WWE's live event in Paris, France. The fans in the City of Light were huge fans of the former Mr Money in the Bank and they ultimately powered Corbin to victory as he defeated Rick Boogs with a roll-up to a big reaction from the French fans in attendance.

Corbin reacted to the win, tweeting"Wow!!! Tonight was beyond INCREDIBLE!! Thank you #WWEParis. I think I have to move here now bc this was a night I will never forget! #wwe."

The win ended Corbin's losing streak after 30 losses across WWE TV and house shows, having not won a match before April 29 since he defeated Akira Tozawa on the November 14, 2022 episode of Monday Night Raw.

Corbin was managed by JBL at the time and he initially went on a winning streak under The Wrestling God's tutelage but their partnership came to an end in February 2023 after several Corbin losses, with the former WWE Champion telling the 38-year-old "you can't polish a turd" to end their association.

During his losing streak, Corbin suffered defeats to the likes of Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Dolph Ziggler, Sami Zayn, Cody Rhodes, Dexter Lumis, and Butch.
