Christian Cage Returns On AEW Dynamite

Christian Cage is back in All Elite Wrestling.

After several months out of action, Christian appeared on the February 15 edition of AEW Dynamite, reviving his feud with "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry in the process. Perry picked up a win over Brian Cage (no relation) and Christian made his way onto the ramp with his arm in a sling. Perry charged at Cage but was soon on the floor after Christian sprayed him with pepper spray. 

Cage then removed his sling, revealing that he is no longer injured, before he laid out Jungle Boy with the Kill Switch.  

Captain Charisma had been on the shelf since September 2022 with a torn triceps, undergoing surgery after he defeated Jungle Boy at All Out. That match lasted less than a minute due to Cage's injury, with Christian picking up the win after Luchasaurus turned on Jungle Boy.

Cage remained on TV after surgery, serving as Luchasaurus' manager but Wednesday was his first appearance since Jungle Boy defeated Luchasaurus at Full Gear in November 2022. 

Cage had previously been Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus' mentor in AEW until he turned on Jack Perry after Jurassic Express lost the AEW World Tag Team Titles in June 2022.
