How Much The AEW World Title Cost Revealed

A lot of cash from AEW for the world title belt

All Elite Wrestling forked out the cash for their world title belt.

Longtime belt maker Dave Millican was the latest guest on Talk Is Jericho and he revealed that the AEW World Title cost over $10,000.

"I don't remember the exact number but you're five figures into it. You're $10,000-plus into it because of all the layers and all the stones that were set and the custom artwork and the rust job and the whole bit. It’s a five-figure championship belt," Millican stated.

Bret Hart unveiled the AEW World Title belt at Double or Nothing 2019 alongside Jack Whitehall. The championship has been held by the likes of Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, Kenny Omega, Hangman Page, and CM Punk.

MJF is the current champion and he is set to defend the gold against Bryan Danielson in a 60-Minute Iron Man Match at the Revolution pay-per-view on March 5. Maxwell Jacob Friedman has been champion since he defeated Jon Moxley at Full Gear in November 2022.
