Jon Moxley Vs. Minoru Suzuki, Ruby Soho Appearance Announced For 9/8 AEW Dynamite
A hellish "homecoming" for Moxley
Jon Moxley's return to his native Cincinnati will be in singles competition against a rather daunting opponent.
It was announced during AEW All Out that Moxley will go one on one with NJPW legend Minoru Suzuki on this Wednesday's Dynamite in Cincinnati.
Suzuki made an appearance during All Out, confronting Moxley after his win over Satoshi Kojima. The two got into a fight that resulted in Suzuki spiking Moxley with the Gotch piledriver.
Also announced for Wednesday's show is an appearance from Ruby Soho, who also debuted at Sunday's All Out.
Soho entered into the Women's Casino Battle Royale as the final "Joker" entrant. She ended up winning the match after eliminating Thunder Rosa, after a long final sequence.
With the victory, Soho will face Dr. Britt Baker for the AEW Women's title at an indeterminate future point.
The current card for this Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, taking place at Fifth Third Arena in Cincinnati, is as follows:
* Jon Moxley vs. Minoru Suzuki
* Dustin Rhodes vs. Malakai Black
* Plus an appearance from Women's Casino Battle Royale winner Ruby Soho
