Melina To Make IMPACT Wrestling Debut On August 19

The former WWE Women’s Champion is now a part of the NWA

The ink is still wet on last night’s edition of IMPACT Wrestling, but next week’s edition on August 19 is already starting to take shape.

As announced by IMPACT, former WWE Women’s Champion Melina will be making her IMPACT Wrestling debut next week, ahead of her upcoming match with Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo at NWA EmPowerrr on August 28.

Melina is set to be in action on IMPACT to show The Virtuosa what she can expect at EmPowerrr, but no opponent has been named at this current moment in time.

Both Christian Cage and Kenny Omega have vowed to be in the IMPACT Zone next week, following on from their IMPACT World Title match on AEW Rampage tonight. For Cage, it’ll be his first in-person appearance in IMPACT for almost a decade, having made a guest appearance at Slammiversary 2012, after leaving the organisation in 2008.

And finally, one half of the IMPACT World Tag Champions Doc Gallows will be in singles action against Violent By Design’s Joe Doering.
