New Bullet Club Member Revealed At NJPW Wrestle Grand Slam In MetLife Dome

A new subgroup too

A new member joined Bullet Club today during New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Wrestle Grand Slam in MetLife Dome show.

Former tag team partners SHO and YOH went one on one inside the MetLife Dome and SHO picked up the win by referee stoppage after he locked in a Gogoplata.

Following the match, SHO told his former friend to quit the business and he officially defected from Chaos after EVIL, Dick Togo and Yujiro Takahashi made their way to the ring and handed SHO a Bullet Club shirt. SHO immediately put on the shirt and the four men posed together before heading backstage.

The new t-shirt wasn't a simple Bullet Club shirt, though, and all of them read 'House Of Torture' with a BC logo on the sleeve, confirming the formation of a new subgroup within the faction.

Subgroups have been common in Bullet Club over the years, most famously The Elite when the stable was under Kenny Omega's leadership.

SHO's turn to Bullet Club cements his new darker persona. He was previously one-half of Roppongi 3K with YOH but he turned on his partner after they went winless in the 2021 Super Junior Tag League.
