Pat McAfee To Possibly Miss WWE Clash At The Castle

Pat McAfee might miss WWE Clash At The Castle

One of WWE's most popular on-screen personalities could be missing from Clash At The Castle - the company's first stadium show in the United Kingdom since SummerSlam 1992.

SmackDown Announcer Pat McAfee interviewed Dana White on his show, during which White invited McAfee and his team to UFC's event in Paris, France on September 3. McAfee was up for it, replying: "We're f*****g in."

The UFC show is on the same day as Clash At The Castle in Cardiff, Wales, though, and both events will likely be on at the same time. McAfee, of course, can't be in two places at once.

The former NFL punter has missed WWE pay-per-views in the past, including the 2021 Crown Jewel show in Saudi Arabia, and Sunday's Hell In A Cell event so it would not be out of the question that he skips Clash At The Castle.

In other Clash At The Castle news, WWE are planning to hold other shows on Friday, September 2, and Sunday, September 4, alongside the pay-per-view. Friday Night SmackDown and Monday Night Raw will not be taped in the UK, however, with SmackDown due to be taped the week before while WWE will fly back to the United States for the September 5 Raw.
