Paul Wight Returns To The Ring On AEW Dark: Elevation

Paul Wight was granted his wish on Wednesday.

The former WCW World Heavyweight Champion announced last week that he wanted to perform in his hometown of Columbia, South Carolina on March 30 and Wight ended up returning to the squared circle during yesterday's Dark: Elevation taping. 

On the taping, Wight defeated Austin Green in what was The World's Largest Athlete's first match since October.

Wight signed with AEW back in February of 2021 and he made his in-ring debut later in the year, defeating QT Marshall at the All Out pay-per-view. White then performed in two further matches on Dark: Elevation, defeating CPA, RSP, and VSK in September before another win in October over Carlie Bravo, Cole Karter, and Arjun Singh.
