Released WWE Talent Chelsea Green Reportedly In Talks With AAA
Green has worked for multiple promotions since her WWE release
Chelsea Green has appeared across numerous wrestling promotions since her release from WWE earlier this year and the 'Hot Mess' is reportedly in talks to feature for another.
Green, who departed WWE as a part of the promotion's reported budget cuts back in April, has since returned to IMPACT Wrestling and teamed with fiancée Matt Cardona. Green has also appeared in Ring Of Honor and NWA since her WWE non-compete expired, and even featured in a Pabst Blue Ribbon commercial during an AEW show.
According to Fightful Select, Green could soon be set for an appearance for another promotion, with the wrestler in talks with AAA about working with them.
The report indicates that Green had been speaking with Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide about some form of appearance, although the recent upturn in COVID-19 cases across the USA appears to have slowed down these conversations.
Green has not signed a contract with any individual promotion since her release from WWE, openly saying that she wishes to work in as many environments as possible. The report indicates that each promotion knows Green is pursuing work with others as well.
