Report: Update On Jeff Hardy After Being Pulled From AEW Dynamite

Jeff Hardy is said to be "beat up" at the moment

While Jeff Hardy was scheduled to perform on Wednesday's edition of Dynamite in a 10-man tag, that match has since been changed by All Elite Wrestling, with The Charismatic Enigma and Adam Cole being pulled from the contest.

Their removal seemingly stems from issues with Hardy and Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that the former WWE Champion was "a mess" prior to The Hardys' match at Double Or Nothing against The Young Bucks and Jeff is "beat up" at the moment.

"Jeff was a mess going into the match. From what I was told, it was really the Darby Allin match. He's beat up. The one thing is when he went to AEW, he came I don't want to say blazing but you can watch those highlight films and you see he jumped from that ladder through a table. He's done some big stunts at his age and he's paying for it now," Meltzer said.

It was noted earlier this month that Hardy had "been hurting for a while" and his high-profile matches haven't improved the 44-year-old's health.

Jeff has been a part of AEW since March of 2022, joining the promotion after his 90-day non-compete clause with WWE expired.
