Update On Charlotte Flair's Injury Status

Charlotte Flair has been out of action since January 2024, with an injury that was said to have her ruled out until October. She underwent surgery on her knee shortly after suffering the injury, and in the aftermath it was noted that her recovery was going ahead of schedule. Things have been quiet on the Charlotte Flair front for a little while, but a recent post to her Instagram has offered up an update. 

She posted a video of her fighting through the pain amidst recovery, with this as the following caption. 

“Today, was my first biodex (isokinetic training) test! I needed to be in the 40 percent or less deficit for strength compared to my non surgical leg..... I had 20 percent or less quad strength and in some of the measurements I was stronger in my surgical leg… I MISS YOU GUYS & can't wait to lace my boots again!”

There is no news on when exactly Flair will be back competing inside the ring, but she is certainly on the road to getting her leg back to where it needs to be, with the recovery process going well.
