Update On WWE Clash Of Champions Card Amid Changes

Two matched were reportedly scrapped...

As reported earlier, the SmackDown Women's title match between Bayley and Nikki Cross, as well as the Women's title match pitting Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler against The Riott Squad, have been pulled from tonight's WWE Clash of Champions pay-per-view. Cross, Jax, and Baszler are not backstage at the event.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has provided an update to the structure of tonight's card amid these changes.

The Raw Women's title match between Asuka and Zelina Vega has been moved from the Kickoff show to the main card, presumably to get at least one women's match onto the main show.

Johnson is also reporting that the SmackDown Tag Team title match with Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura defending against Lucha House Party will now likely take place on the Kickoff show.

The updated card for tonight's WWE Clash of Champions (based on recent reports) is as follows:

* WWE World/Ambulance Match: Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Randy Orton

* WWE Universal: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jey Uso

* Raw Women's: Asuka (c) vs. Zelina Vega

* WWE Intercontinental/Ladder Match: Jeff Hardy (c) vs. AJ Styles vs. Sami Zayn

* WWE United States: Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Apollo Crews

* Raw Tag Team: The Street Profits (c) vs. Andrade and Angel Garza

* SmackDown Tag Team: Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs. Lucha House Party (Kickoff show)
