Sami Zayn Deletes Tweet Teasing Major WWE Feud

We haven't seen Sami Zayn on WWE programming for a little while now.

The Critic Of The Critics last wrestled a televised match back on June 25 when he teamed with Daniel Bryan, Rowan, and Kevin Owens in a losing effort against The New Day and Heavy Machinery.

With Kevin Owens' babyface turn last week, Sami's spot towards the top of the card on both Raw and SmackDown Live over the last little while has seemingly been put on hold.

However, that didn't stop the former NXT Champion from teasing a potentially massive feud with Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor for SummerSlam. Balor lost to Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown Live last night as their rivalry for the IC title was ramped up a few notches.

Sami got involved in the new trend on social media that sees you make your own campaign slogan by pasting the last text you sent.



Zayn's read:  "Zayn 2020, Just wondering if the idea of me vs. Finn at SummerSlam got kicked around."

We'll have to wait and see if Sami's last sent text message means anything, or if he's merely playing games.
