2 Cold Scorpio Pulled From GCW & DDT Shows Following Stabbing Incident

2 Cold Scorpio pulled from planned indy shows following stabbing incident

2 Cold Scorpio has been pulled from several upcoming indy appearances, following his arrest for a stabbing incident earlier this week.

The former ECW star is facing two felony charges following the incident in Kansas City, Missouri on June 15, with a court date set for Scorpio - real name Charles Scaggs - set for July.

Scorpio was originally advertised for a string of shows for Game Changer Wrestling and DDT Pro Wrestling in Japan in August, but an announcement on DDT’s official website noted how Scorpio has been pulled from a show in Korakuen Hall on August 12, and two shows in Shinjuku FACE on August 13 and 14.

The former ECW, WCW, and WWE star has claimed self defence for his part of the incident, with the victim - who was stabbed multiple times - believed to have initiated the initial altercation. Whilst a probable cause statement has been attached to the case, Scaggs has been charged with one count of first-degree assault and one count of armed criminal action, both of which are felonies.

Scaggs posted bond and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
