2K Games found themselves being threatened with legal action by a former WWE and ECW talent on Wednesday night.

The company is continuing to promote the upcoming WWE 2K24 video game that will be released on March 8 and 2K Games gave fans a first look at Liv Morgan in the title. The tweet accompanying the first look at Morgan stated: "Queen of Extreme @YaOnlyLivvOnce #FirstLook #WWE2K24."

The tweet was quickly deleted, however, after former WWE talent Francine wrote: "Hey @WWEgames I have The Queen of Extreme trademarked. Do you need something sent to you guys again from my lawyer?"

She then added: "To all the ignorant 20somethings that are trolling me, I’ve used #QueenOfExtreme for decades and paid for the trademark. Which means no one else can use it. It starts with a tweet, then used in entrances and on games, mags, etc. You have to fight for what is legally yours."

Liv Morgan later poked fun at the situation, writing: "Queen of extremely absurd physical feats."

Francine filed to trademark 'Queen of Extreme Francine' in August 2022 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She previously threatened to send WWE a cease and desist letter after the company referred to Liv Morgan and later Lita as the "Queen of Extreme" on WWE TV.

Francine was a part of Extreme Championship Wrestling from 1995 until the promotion closed in 2001, where she managed the likes of Stevie Richards, Shane Douglas, Tommy Dreamer, Bam Bam Bigelow, Chris Candido, The Pitbulls, and Justin Credible. She joined WWE as part of the ECW revival following an appearance at One Night Stand 2005. She only made a handful of appearances on TV until her release in October 2006.

The former WWE talent recently claimed that a WWE higher-up told her to rub oil over her breasts to try and get Vince McMahon's attention.
