SummerSlam: The Follow-Up!
4. Bobby Lashley Wins The United States Title
After MVP lost to Apollo Crews on last week's SummerSlam kickoff show, it was a pretty safe bet that the Hurt Business wasn't going to lose two weeks in a row. And since Lashley's the most pushed of the trio, you could easily bet on him to come away as champion.
Other than one instance where MVP and Shelton Benjamin tried to distract Crews early on, the match was contested cleanly, and Lashley won fairly with his Full Nelson. Crews' post-match revenge attack looked all the more unprovoked in contrast to the structure.
