AEW Announces New Tag Team Title Match For Road Rager
The Hardys have been removed from the match following Jeff's recent arrest
AEW founder and CEO Tony Khan has announced a new, revised Tag Team Championship match for tonight's Road Rager edition of Dynamite.
AEW Tag Team Champions Jurassic Express (Luchasaurus & Jungle Boy) will now defend the titles against The Young Bucks in a Ladder Match.
The bout was originally scheduled to be a Three-Way Ladder Match also featuring The Hardys.
However, Khan announced yesterday that Jeff Hardy has been suspended without pay following his arrest for DUI on Monday morning. He will only return to action once he has successfully completed treatment, and on the condition that he maintains his sobriety.
The Ladder Match forms part of a stacked Road Rager lineup that also includes Chris Jericho taking on Ortiz in a Hair Vs. Hair match, Dax Harwood versus Will Ospreay and Wardlow against The Plaintiffs in a 20-on-1 handicap elimination match.
