All Elite Wrestling's Chris Jericho has been announced as the shocking next guest on Steve Austin's Broken Skull Sessions, on the WWE Network.

Jericho made his final appearance for WWE at the Greatest Royal Rumble in 2018 before signing with new promotion AEW in early 2019, signalling an end to his near 20-year association with Vince McMahon's promotion.

The Demo God has since spoken quite openly regarding his different frustrations with WWE, seemingly indicating any sort of return to working with the company was off the table.

However, the WWE Network has dropped a huge shock by announcing that the first-ever AEW World Champion will be the next guest on Steve Austin's Broken Skull Sessions.

The episode will drop on Peacock in the United States and on the Network across the world on Sunday 11 April, the same day as Night Two of WrestleMania 37.

Austin, on his Broken Skull Sessions show, has recently interviewed Randy Orton, Sasha Banks, Drew McIntyre and Bayley, and has enjoyed speaking to a host of legends in the past including the Undertaker, Ric Flair, Kurt Angle and Goldberg.
