AEW’s Dax Harwood is currently dealing with an elbow injury.

The former AEW World Tag Team Champion and member of The Pinnacle has been working through the injury for about six weeks, and has been wrestling with his left elbow taped up.

According to a report from Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Harwood has been working through his injury as he didn’t want to miss the opportunity to tag with the legendary Tully Blanchard, when the former Horseman teamed with FTR against Jurassic Express on the March 3 edition of AEW: Dynamite.

Harwood has wrestled only once since the match against Jurassic Express, when FTR and Shawn Spears defeated The Varsity Blonds and Dante Martin on March 24.

As Harwood is scheduled to face The Inner Circle’s Chris Jericho on the April 14 edition of AEW: Dynamite, with Mike Tyson serving as the special guest ringside enforcer, we can only assume that injury is nearly healed, otherwise you’d think AEW would have scheduled Jericho to face Cash Wheeler or another member of The Pinnacle instead.
