AEW Trying To Figure Out Creative Plans For Jack Perry

Where is Jack Perry?

The former AEW World Tag Team Champion was suspended by All Elite Wrestling in the aftermath of his backstage altercation with CM Punk at All In on August 27. Punk was ultimately fired for the altercation and multiple incidents with Tony Khan that the AEW President claimed left him fearing for his life. 

Perry's indefinite suspension was without pay but his ban from AEW was lifted in October. The former FTW Champion has yet to resurface on TV, however, and there have been no hints towards an impending return either. 

This is seemingly down to a lack of creative plans for the former Jungle Boy, with Bryan Alvarez reporting on Wrestling Observer Radio that AEW are currently figuring out what they are going to do with Perry. 

"He's been off suspension I think for a while. They're just trying to [figure out] whatever they are gonna do with him," Alvarez said.

Speculation has suggested Jack Perry could be the AEW Devil that has been terrorising MJF but this latest report would suggest he is not the wrestler under the devil mask.
