Alexander Wolfe Recalls Being Sent Home From WWE WrestleMania 35

Wolfe never got his WrestleMania moment

Alexander Wolfe never got the chance to perform at WrestleMania during his WWE run and the former NXT Tag Team Champion told Sport1 it is one of the biggest regrets from his time with the company.

Wolfe revealed he was originally going to be involved in a run-in with SAnitY during The Miz and Shane McMahon's match at WrestleMania 35, though, but the faction were told to go home instead.

"I would have loved to have performed at the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania. At WrestleMania, it was on the left for me: We would have had a role at WrestleMania 35 in the Shane McMahon vs. The Miz match. We had pitched the idea of intervening and catching Miz in a jump stunt that he had planned. We were already on the ground in New York, we were told to come to the stadium for the rehearsals - and on the way there we were told: 'Guys, it's not going to happen, go home'. That was another real kick in the balls. Shortly after that, we were told the break-up," Wolfe said (translated using DeepL).

SAnitY were involved in a feud with The Miz at the time and The A-Lister defeated Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe and Killian Dain in a three-on-one Handicap Match ahead of The Showcase Of The Immortals.
