Another WWE NXT Talent Sustains Serious Injury

An NXT superstar will be out with a serious injury for some time

The NXT roster doesn’t seem to get a break from long-term and serious injuries, with it feeling like a conveyor belt of talents coming on and off the shelf. The latest addition to NXT’s injury list is Edris Enofe, who has suffered from an undisclosed injury.

It was revealed by Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the injury to Enofe occurred back on the February 6 edition of NXT when Enofe teamed up with Malik Blade to battle the duo of Axiom. The exact details of the injury haven’t been specified, but it was noted that despite him appearing in a backstage segment on this past week’s episode of NXT, he will be out of the ring for some time. The injury was described as “serious”, but that is all that was revealed.

Enofe himself responded to this report, joking on X about who told the press about his injury. He isn’t the only person now on the shelf though, as WON also revealed that Nikkita Lyons is now re-injured, even though she recently only returned from being on the injury list.

In recent weeks, the likes of Cora Jade were revealed to be out of action for an extended period of time.
