Nikkita Lyons Returns On WWE NXT
WWE NXT saw the return of Nikkita Lyons
After almost a year on the shelf, Nikkita Lyons made her return to NXT on December 5.
Blair Davenport was making her way to the back after avoiding a melee with her fellow Iron Survivor Challenge competitors on NXT TV when Lyons’ music played, with Davenport conveying a look of shock before eating a thunderous head kick from the returning Lyons.
Lyons was taken out by a mystery assailant in January 2023, with Lyons legitimately missing time from the ring due to a torn ACL. It was later revealed that Davenport was behind the attack, with Nikkita recently appearing in the crowd at NXT to reveal she would soon be making her return.
Davenport is set to compete in the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge match at Deadline on December 9, and it remains to be seen if Lyons will make her presence felt once again during the bout.
Lyons’ last match came on January 17 on NXT Level Up, with victory over Jakara Jackson. Lyons then suffered an ACL tear, an injury that required surgery.
