Becky Lynch Agrees To New WWE Contract

The Man comes around, with Becky Lynch agreeing to a new WWE contract after a hiatus from the company.

The multi-time Women’s Champion exited WWE in June 2024 upon the expiration of her previous deal, choosing to take an extended break from the industry, with WWE always expecting Lynch to return at some point. A report from Fightful Select suggests that the two sides have agreed on a new deal, with speculation about Lynch’s future the centre of online chatter after Lynch was not featured on the Netflix debut of Raw on January 6.

Lynch wasn’t booked for Raw, and despite rumours suggesting she was cut from the show that wasn’t the case. Lynch had been seen at events leading up to the historic edition of Raw, but stated she was merely there to support.

Reports in late 2024 suggested Lynch was expected back in WWE ahead of the Netflix debut, but this did not come to pass. As for when Lynch will return to in-ring competition, that has yet to be confirmed.
