Big Cass made his return to WWE on last night's edition of Raw, marking his first appearance for the company since June 2018.
The soon-to-be 40-year-old emerged and attacked Je'Von Evans after The Young OG's victory over Ethan Page. Later on, Cass gave a backstage interview where he acknowledged his eight-year absence and claimed Je'Von was the first of many bodies he is going to 'stack' now that he is back.
The seven-footer's return had been hyped via vignettes and was teased for the August 3 episode of Raw.
Since leaving WWE in 2018, Cass has wrestled for various promotions, including TNA/IMPACT and All Elite Wrestling, where he performed under the names W. Morrissey and Big Bill respectively.
Though he didn't show up last night, Cass's former tag team partner Enzo Amore is also expected back in WWE. However, reports suggest the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion may be stationed in NXT, rather than on Raw or SmackDown.
One other person who did make their return on Raw last night was former Women's World Champion Stephanie Vaquer, who attacked The Judgment Day before having a staredown with Becky Lynch. Vaquer had been absent with a shoulder injury since WrestleMania 42.
