The next chapter in the All Elite Wrestling CMLL story will see The Blackpool Combat Club head to the legendary Arena Mexico to battle Mistico, Volador Jr., Blue Panther, and Ultimo Guerrero at Homenaje a Dos Leyendas on March 29.

The announcement of the BCC’s involvement in the show has been a major ticket sales booster for CMLL, with WrestleTix on X/Twitter revealing that an additional 3,763 tickets had been shifted for the show within one day of the BCC being confirmed for the show - more than doubling the previous amount of tickets sold for the show per Luchablog.

Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli, Jon Moxley, and Wheeler Yuta have found themselves embroiled in a feud with the CMLL stars ever since the informal invasion of AEW began earlier this month.

Despite Yuta being off AEW television with injury, it seems as though medical staff are confident of the Ring of Honor Pure Champion being cleared in time for Homenaje a Dos Leyendas, with over a month to go before the event.

AEW’s Willow Nightingale is also set to wrestle at the event, making her CMLL debut.
