Bea Priestley - fka Blair Davenport - has spoken about her WWE release after being let go by the company in early February.
Priestley was one of several names released by WWE in early 2025, alongside AOP, Sonya Deville, and Cedric Alexander. Speaking on a Twitch livestream session, Priestly has opened up about her release, saying the following:
“I don’t have any negative feelings or anything like that. It’s just the job. It’s business,” said Priestley. “That’s just the way it goes, really.”
Priestley continued, noting how she was excited to work the US independent scene: “I’ve never really done the indies here at all. So yeah, I’m excited for the future.”
Prior to being released, plans were reportedly in place for Priestley to join Chelsea Green’s entourage, with a secret service outfit reportedly being made up for Priestley. Priestley was called up to WWE’s main roster in late 2024, but was barely used. Prior to her call-up, Priestly wrestled for NXT UK and mainline NXT, having signed with WWE back in June 2021. In NXT, she is a former Iron Survivor Challenge winner.
