Blake Monroe To Potentially Change WWE Entrance On SmackDown

Whenever Blake Monroe makes her in-ring debut on Friday Night SmackDown, she is likely to do so with a new entrance.

The former Mariah May's entrance on WWE NXT saw her begin in front of a mirror, before blowing a kiss to the glass and posing ahead of making her way to the ring. That entrance seemingly won't be carrying over to the WWE main roster, though, as Blake Monroe told The Wrestling Classic she believes how she makes her way to the ring is going to change.

"He's [Triple H] amazing, so hands-on. And I'm really excited. I've worked with him a little bit, but obviously I haven't had my official debut just yet. I'm excited for the entrance because I think my entrance is going to change a little bit and I feel like Triple H is very good at the entrances. So I’m excited to see what we come up with," Monroe said.

"But no, I'm really excited. I think being at WWE, there's so many hall of famers or just people that I watched as a child growing up, and they have what? Twenty or 30 years in the business. They know more than me. So it's exciting to get advice and feedback and perspective on something and I've always prided myself in my career on constantly growing my character and my wrestling. That's why I travelled the world. I've learnt so much, but there's still so much more I can do and learn."

Blake Monroe was called up to the WWE main roster following WrestleMania 42, although she didn't actually make her full debut until the June 26 episode of SmackDown from The O2 in London, England, when she attacked Giulia. Monroe debuted a new finisher at the event, utilising the Neutraliser.

There were reportedly plans in place for Blake Monroe to challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women's United States Championship at SummerSlam but those plans were scrapped after the decision was made to hold a Ladder Match to crown an Interim WWE Women's Champion due to Rhea Ripley's injury.
