Seth Rollins raises the hand of Braun Strowman following Braun's victory on WWE Raw.

WWE star Braun Strowman has confirmed that he sustained an injury on last week's episode of Raw.

In a post on Instagram, The Monster Among Men shared a video of his bruised leg alongside the caption:

"Even Monsters Bleed!!!!! After waiting a few days to see how this was gonna end up. This is where we're at!! Tore my Groin 2 minutes into the Last Monster Standing Match last week on #Raw and pained my way through that son of a bitch. To yet again reminded the world I am The #MonsterOfAllMonsters".

Strowman defeated Bronson Reed in a Last Monster Standing match that went close to 20 minutes, when Seth Rollins made his return by interfering and costing Reed the bout.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez subsequently reported that the belief within WWE was that Braun had torn his groin during the contest.

It is unclear how much time the 41-year-old will miss. Depending on the severity of the tear, it could take weeks, if not months, for the former Universal Champion to fully recover.

Strowman returned to WWE in May 2024, having been out of action for a year after undergoing neck fusion surgery.

Though it received a good reaction in the arena and online, those within WWE were reportedly unhappy with how the ring collapse spot during the Last Monster Standing match came off.
