Over the years, WWE has broadcast some outrageous storylines on Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown. The company previously used necrophilia in a rivalry over the World Heavyweight Championship, God teamed with Shawn Michaels against Vince McMahon and Shane McMahon, and Mae Young gave birth to a hand.

Another bizarre angle WWE ran was revealing Hornswoggle as Vince McMahon's illegitimate son in 2007 and 2008. The storyline featured Swoggle trying to defeat the likes of The Great Khali as McMahon wanted to give his son some tough love, and mercifully ended after Finlay revealed he was actually the former Cruiserweight Champion's father.

The storyline could have been even more bizarre, however, as former WWE Head Writer Brian Gewirtz revealed on Twitter that another writer once pitched for Vince to murder Hornswoggle by tossing him over a bridge.

The pitch reads: "Have Vince say to HS that we're going for a ride as Vince stuffs HS into a pillowcase. Have a camera standing on a bridge and the audience sees Vince throw HS out the window of his limousine and over the bridge railing. HS plummets to his death."

The writer in question did note the segment was unlikely to be approved, as they added: "I know it's morbid and highly unlikely ever to be used, but I think its something that a fed up Mr. McMahon could resort to after trying for so long to get rid of him."
