Brock Lesnar Wants WWE Match With GUNTHER

A match with GUNTHER is appealing to Brock Lesnar but, ultimately, he doesn't call the shots when it comes to who he wrestles in WWE (even if he did reportedly turn down the opportunity to work with Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 39). 

During a recent interview with Daniel Cormier for ESPN, The Beast Incarnate was asked about his brief interaction with the current Intercontinental Champion in the 2023 Royal Rumble match and whether he would like to wrestle him, to which he replied "I do". 

There was speculation that the two could clash at The Show of Shows, but Lesnar ultimately wound up wrestling Omos while Der Ring General defended his title in a triple threat match with Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. 

GUNTHER has made no secret of the fact he would like to wrestle Brock at some point in the future, but the belief within WWE is that he needs another year before he can conquer a star the calibre of Lesnar. 

Brock, meanwhile, looks set to be busy with Cody Rhodes in the short-term after turning heel on The American Nightmare during this past Monday's episode of Raw.
