Bruce Prichard On Vince McMahon Allegations: "I'm Not At Liberty To Discuss"

Bruce Prichard says he isn't involved and can't comment on Vince McMahon allegations

The story of Vince McMahon’s lawsuit and allegations have caused a whirlwind for WWE over the last few weeks, though those in the company have been fairly silent aside from an initial statement which noted the seriousness of the situation, and then the immediate resignation of McMahon from TKO.

Some WWE superstars such as Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, Natalya, and Nia Jax responded to questions about the allegations, all of whom acknowledged the severity of the situation in varying levels of detail. The latest individual employed to WWE who has commented on the allegations is Bruce Prichard, who brought it up on his Something To Wrestle podcast. He clarified that he wasn’t involved or accused of anything, but could not comment on the details of the lawsuit and allegations.

“As far as lawsuits and things of that nature, I’m not at liberty to discuss any legal matter with the company whatsoever. So to that, there’s nothing that I can say, so there can’t be a response from a legal standpoint...I’m not involved. I’m not being sued, I’m not accused of anything. It’s a legal matter...and sometimes it’s as simple as for those that believe, an explanation is needed and for those that don’t, no explanation will do. That’s kind of where we are, let the rest of it sit in the hands of the fine legal system we have here in the United States of America.”

Prichard is currently employed to WWE, becoming senior Vice President following his return to the company in 2019, whilst also playing a part in the creative process.
