All Elite Wrestling took Dynamite to Phoenix, Arizona on February 19, and it’s believed former AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson was backstage at the show.

Danielson retired from full-time in-ring competition after dropping the AEW World Title to Jon Moxley at WrestleDream in October 2024 and has barely appeared publicly in any capacity for AEW since hanging up his boots.

PWInsider reports he was backstage at Dynamite, but it is not the first time ‘The American Dragon’ has been in the back since stepping away from being an active wrestler, with Danielson’s visits said to have been ‘very low key’.

During his run in AEW, Danielson also found himself taking on various backstage duties, with the multi-time world champion believed to be one of AEW President Tony Khan’s trusted confidants. There is no word on the manner of Danielson’s visit on February 19.

Danielson was at one point part of AEW’s disciplinary team, being on the panel that decided to fire CM Punk following the events of All In London 2023, as well as handing out fines to on-screen talent for improper conduct and reckless social media use.
