Card For NJPW 49th Anniversary Show Revealed
The show takes place Thursday March 4 at the Nippon Budokan
New Japan Pro Wrestling have announced the card for its 49th Anniversary Show this Thursday.
Taking place at the legendary Nippon Budokan, the show sees the final appearance of the IWGP Heavyweight Title and the IWGP Intercontinental Title before the two belts are unified, as well as the opening matches of the 2021 New Japan Cup.
In the main event, double champion Kota Ibushi takes on the new IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion El Desperado, while the New Japan Cup kicks off with Tetsuya Naito vs. Great-O-Khan, and Satoshi Kojima vs. Jeff Cobb.
