Cathy Kelley Has Landed Her First Movie Role

There has been a whole lot of movie talk over the last few weeks when it comes to those in WWE landing outside projects, notably with Liv Morgan being cast for a big role in Liv Morgan being cast for a big role in Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo - a performance which she has reportedly received a lot of plaudits for. It isn’t just Morgan who will have a taste of the wild world of Hollywood, as WWE backstage interviewer, host, and announcer Cathy Kelley has also landed her first movie role. 

On her social media accounts, Cathy Kelley shared an image of herself outside of the trailer, censoring the name of her character. She captioned the post with “first movie role: coming soon.”

It was reported recently that Kelley was looking to branch out from her current roles in WWE, with it being revealed that she had begun in-ring training at the WWE Performance Center and engaged in promo classes to take more of an active character-based role on WWE programming going forwards, perhaps as a manager or in-ring performer.
