Chelsea Green has signed a new deal with WWE, with the inaugural Women’s United States Champion set to remain with the company for several years.
Green recently posted a ‘farewell’ Tweet following her US Title loss to Zelina Vega, with some interpreting this as Green’s potential exit from WWE. However, it seems this was an in-character goodbye to her title reign, with Fightful Select reporting that Green recently signed a new multi-year deal with WWE, although the length of said deal has not publicly revealed as of the time of writing.
Prior to signing this new deal, it is believed Green’s prior deal was set to expire later in 2025, with WWE taking the necessary steps to tie down one of the women’s division’s most popular stars.
Green originally wrestled for WWE from 2018 to 2021, with her run hampered by injuries before her April 2021 release. After quick runs in Ring of Honor and IMPACT, Green returned to WWE in 2023, and has held the Women’s United States and Tag Team Titles, the latter with Sonya Deville and Piper Niven.
