Following WrestleMania 42 weekend, footage emerged of an interaction between a fan and CM Punk at a Las Vegas hotel in which it appeared that the former World Heavyweight Champion smacked the phone out of the hand of a fan who was filming an embrace and goodbye between Bayley and AJ Lee, Punk’s wife. There was also another alleged incident involving a fan and CM Punk, as revealed by TMZ.

Over a week gone from WrestleMania 42 weekend, a fan has come out and alleged that CM Punk physically assaulted him at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, with TMZ releasing retrieved audio from a 911 call detailing the alleged incident. Speaking with an interpreter, a Spanish-speaking fan alleges that when trying to get an autograph from Punk, he was shoved in the chest. The fan described Punk as being “red” and “full of anger”. It was noted that officers from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department did respond to a disturbance at the hotel, though there was no report filed.

It was reported last week that Punk was facing zero disciplinary action from WWE regarding the first incident, so it is unlikely that the second will emerge with anything significant given that Punk was able to walk free after WrestleMania weekend.
