CM Punk Shoots On Adam Page After AEW Collision
CM Punk took some digs at "Hangman" Adam Page last night on the mic
The bad blood between CM Punk and The Elite is still very much present, with the “Real” AEW World Champion making sure to remind fans just how feels towards the likes of “Hangman” Adam Page after Collision went off the air. Responding to some signs in the crowd which supported Adam Page, Punk took to the mic and took some shots at him.
"Earlier today, I went to a local supermarket and I figured out why they call him Hangman. It's because the pegs in the toy aisle are full of Hangman action figures because no one wants to buy them. He's a peg warmer unlike me who moves merchandise and pops ratings and sells toys. Everyone in AEW says 'I'm the heart, I'm the soul, I'm the spirit.' Well that's objective.”
Punk would go on to complain about the House of Black giving him chops during their AEW World Trios Championship match after supposedly telling them “no chops”.
The heat between Punk and Page began last year during their feud for the AEW World Championship in which Page seemed to call out Punk for the uncertain AEW status of Colt Cabana. Punk would proceed to call out Page live on air in an unplanned bit too, before making Page part of the subject of his AEW All Out 2022 press conference outburst.
