Coronation Street Star Returning From The Dead To Confront Les Battersby At SOVPRO Show
Ashley Peacock coming back from the dead in SOVPRO
Sovereign Pro Wrestling will have their very own zombie at the upcoming False Idols show on Monday, May 6 at the Trinity Sports Centre in Manchester, England.
Coronation Street star Les Battersby is set to make his return to SOVPRO at False Idols and he will accompany the Les Battersby World Order to the ring for their Coronation Street Fight against The Wright Way, a faction dedicated to dead former UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
SOVPRO had already noted that another Coronation Street star would confront Battersby at False Idols and the promotion have announced, by some miracle, that the man from Weatherfield will be none other than Ashley Peacock (real name Steven Arnold). Peacock will lead his own faction, Butcher Club, against the LBWO.
How exactly Ashley Peacock is able to appear at SOVPRO is anyone's guess since he died in a tram crash during the 50th-anniversary episode of Coronation Street back in 2010. He was featured on the show from 1996 and Peacock was the owner of Elliot & Son Butchers from 2006 following his father Fred's passing.
