Danhausen has offered an update on an injury sustained during an independent event over the weekend, revealing that he has suffered a broken tibia and fibia.

As previously noted, Danhausen went down injured at the Next Generation Wrestling show in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Sunday, and was taking to hospital for further treatment. He had been teaming with WARHORSE to take on the Renegades Of Flight.

Danhausen has now taken to social media to confirm his diagnosis, revealing that he sustained a broken tibia and fibia. The independent star also posted several links to his Patreon, Pro Wrestling T-Shirt store and Cameo, in order to help raise some money to pay for his hospital bills.

No timeframe has been given for Danhausen's return to the ring, although doctors do encourage those who suffer with broken tibia and fibia injuries to begin physical therapy and weight-bearing exercises as soon as they feel comfortable, in order to encourage the repair and growth of new bone.

Danhausen wasn't the only wrestler injured at this past week's NGW event, with Mance Warner also sustaining an ankle injury on the show.
