Despite being the most vicious heel in All Elite Wrestling, Jon Moxley showed he’s a nice guy deep down when he assisted a fan at Full Gear on November 23.

Moxley was on his way to the ring for his main event AEW World Championship clash with Orange Cassidy when he was seen kissing a fan on the forehead, with the fan having fallen to her knees during the entrance.

Sharing an update on social media the fan - @arjn_official on X - revealed that she had been shoved by Moxley’s Death Riders associate Marina Shafir and had lost her balance, prompting Moxley to briefly break character and make sure she was ok. The fan said she was fine and ‘literally on cloud nine’ after the incident.

Whilst Moxley has frequently made his entrance through the crowd during his career it will always be a risky move in pro-wrestling, with wrestlers leaving themselves open to attack from unruly fans, whilst incidents like the one at Full Gear could have easily become a PR disaster for AEW had Mox not acted on his feet, such as when MJF threw a drink at a child at AEW Revolution 2023.
