Earlier today, WWE

announced the launch of a Performance Centre in the United Kingdom

. The announcement was made by Trent Seven on ITV’s Good Morning Britain. He was joined by British Strong Style stablemates Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate for an interview segment on the show, ahead of Saturday’s NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool event.

Cultaholic is inside the UK Performance Centre right now so we will have updates going live as we get them throughout the day.

A press conference live stream took place a short while ago, where the likes of Triple H, Charlotte Flair, Finn Balor and Pete Dunne all spoke - here's what we know so far about the UK PC:

Triple H said it's the next level to the commitment of global localisation and it's the first of many PCs to be opened outside the USA

Triple H: In-ring training, strength & conditioning training, media training, interview skills training, access to a nutritionist, wellness training, financial training, and language skills training all on offer inside the UK PC with the aim of creating the most well-rounded, polished WWE superstars and professionals for the future

Triple H: 30 athletes or more will be training in the UK PC - they will mainly consist of the base of UK brand who will be honing their skills to improve the product

Triple H: health and wellness of athletes is the most important thing we do - medical and rehab facilities are on-site to make the athletes as injury proof as possible, and if an injury does happen, get them back on the field as soon as possible

Triple H: UK PC is a sound stage for 24/7 content creation - you can have the best athletes but if you can't show them off it's useless

Triple H: 80% of today's main roster came out of the US Performance Center. There are 80/100 performers in US Performance Center right now

WWE are going the world over and finding the greatest athletes and performers in all markets - recently they have been in China, Dubai, the Middle East, Germany, Chile and soon they're heading to India

Charlotte: Talked about how she's NXT homegrown - how she had no prior wrestling experience before going to the US PC - and how she was part of first class five-and-a-half years ago

Embrace everything, she said - have questions for the trainers - WWE sets the global standard for talent and training development and now that world class standard is right here in the UK

Charlotte ended her speech by saying she's looking over her shoulder at the likes of Isla Dawn, Toni Storm, and Rhea Ripley
