Fans To Be In Attendance For Upcoming NJPW Strong Tapings

Fans will be able to attend NJPW Strong tapings for the first time later this year.

New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced today the 'Fighting Spirit Unleashed 2021' series and the tapings will be held at Thunder Studio in Long Beach, California on Monday, August 16. 

Tickets for the tapings go on sale on June 30 at 10 am PDT and are priced between $60 and $120. Attendees must wear a face mask when they aren't eating or drinking. 

Nine matches are scheduled to take place at the event and the likes of Jay White, Tom Lawlor, Juice Robinson, Shota Umino, Ren Narita, Fred Rosser and Lio Rush are scheduled to be in action. 

Strong has been airing on NJPW World since August 2020, but all previous shows have been taped in an empty venue. 

Ahead of the tapings, New Japan will hold NJPW Resurgence at The Torch at LA Coliseum on Saturday, August 14. IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley is scheduled to appear.
