Featured WWE NXT Talent's Contract Expiring

A key WWE NXT talent's contract is set to expire

One of NXT's featured performers may leave WWE later this year.

According to Fightful Select, Dijak's contract with WWE is set to expire in June of 2024. It is unknown if WWE have held contract renewal talks with Dijak as of yet. A number of WWE deals are set to expire in 2024 due to the company re-signing a ton of talent to five-year deals in 2019 following the founding of All Elite Wrestling. WWE have not marked out any priority talent and are reportedly approaching talent in the order their deals expire

Other contracts set to expire in 2024 include Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, and Becky Lynch.

Dijak has been a part of WWE since August 2017, initially debuting as Dominik Dijakovic. He became a popular addition to NXT, in part through his long-running feud with Keith Lee. Dijakovic then moved to the main roster in 2020 as T-Bar in the Retribution faction. He remained T-Bar until moving back to WWE NXT in November 2022.

Dijak has had a number of high-profile matches since moving back to NXT, including at NXT premium live events. He defeated Joe Gacy at NXT Vengeance Day on February 4.
