Finn Balor's WWE Deal Expiring Soon

Finn Balor’s WWE deal expected to come to an end soon

Recent murmurs online have suggested that Finn Balor’s WWE deal is set to expire soon, with it believed The Judgment Day member's deal could expire after WrestleMania XL.

A further report from Fightful Select has suggested that Balor’s deal is in fact nearing its expiration, but the deal is set to come to an end ‘a few months after’ WrestleMania.

Several WWE deals are set to come to an end, with main event stars such as Balor, Becky Lynch, and Drew McIntyre amongst the more notable names with deals coming to an end. The company has sought to tie several headline talents down to new and improved deals, with Charlotte Flair and Cody Rhodes having recently put pen-to-paper on lucrative new contracts.

WWE’s approach to expiring deals is said to see the company aiming to tie down those with the least amount of time remaining rather than aiming for the perceived ‘bigger draws’ and working their way down from there.

With major stars like Kazuchika Okada and Mercedes Moné entering the free agent market from outside of WWE, the organisation are wanting to avoid some of their biggest stars also becoming free agents, with both WWE and All Elite Wrestling in the market to sign the biggest names available.
