Former WWE Star Braun Strowman Shows Off Body Transformation In Emotional Instagram Post

Former WWE superstar Braun Strowman has revealed his incredible, leaned body transformation in an emotional post on his Instagram account. 

Strowman was released by WWE in early June in one of their more shocking departures as a part of the promotion's budget cuts in 2021, and the 37-year-old has been using his time away from wrestling to focus on his own health - physically and mentally.

The former Universal Champion has taken to Instagram to share an image of himself looking ripped and lean, revealing that he has lost weight and is focused on building it back in the right manner. 

Strowman wrote: "After five days of less than 50g of carbs a day I was 343 today. Still holding some water but I’m ok with that. I have a big refeed coming to blow back up.

"Really enjoying this new program @mental_entity has been helping me with. I have a whole new fire lit under me to better myself not only my physical appearance but my mentality. To be a better healthier more loving person and stop being negative and hateful to things for no reason."

Strowman - real name Adam Scherr - also admitted that he's had a tough time recently but is in the process of building himself back to the way he wants to be. 

He continued: "‘I’ve gone through some really [rough] times as of late and ran off a lot of people I really cared about in life and it kills me knowing I hurt other people in me being so negative.

"‘All I can do now is sift through the ashes of everything I burned down and hope for forgiveness and start to rebuild myself for the better to show to everyone that I can and I WILL CHANGE!!!"
