WWE Main Roster call-up expected for Gallus
NXT stable Gallus could soon be heading to WWE’s main roster, with a call-up expected soon for the dominant trio.
The team of Wolfgang, Joe Coffey, and Mark Coffey have been part of the NXT system since 2018, and a report from Fightful Select suggests that a call-up is expected in the coming months.
WWE officials are said to be high on the faction, and initial plans suggested the team could be part of the recent draft, although this didn’t come to pass. Reports surrounding a Gallus call-up have been swirling since late 2023, with their recent training work with The Rock ahead of his in-ring return at WrestleMania XL night one surely helping their case.
In WWE, Gallus are one-time NXT Tag Team Champions, and one-time NXT UK Tag Team Champions, whilst Mark Coffey is also a former Heritage Cup holder. The faction were taken off of NXT TV in February ahead of their sparring time with The Rock, returning to the product on May 14. During their time away from NXT TV, Gallus also wrestled on WWE Main Event, and on NXT house shows.
