Potential Spoiler On Two Tag Teams Moving To WWE Main Roster

Two WWE tag teams potentially moving to the main roster

Two tag teams look set to join the WWE main roster, possibly as soon as this weekend at Survivor Series in Chicago, Illinois.

WrestleVotes has reported that Gallus and the Authors of Pain are both featured in the official event programme for Survivor Series and it appears they could be headed to TV in the near future.

"I'm told the Survivor Series official event program features two notable teams. One being Gallus, as no other NXT group or superstar is included. The other noteworthy team included in the program is Akam & Rezar, formally known as The Authors of Pain. Seems both could be headed to TV shortly," WrestleVotes tweeted.

Rumours around an Authors of Pain return to WWE have swirled throughout 2023 and Akam and Rezar are believed to have re-signed with the company at some point in 2022. Plans in September called for AOP and their manager Paul Ellering to resurface on WWE TV in the near future, likely as part of NXT. The latest report suggests, though, they will be a part of the main roster.

Authors of Pain's original WWE runs lasted from 2016 until their releases in 2020. They are former Raw Tag Team Champions and NXT Tag Team Champions.

Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang of Gallus have been a part of WWE for several years, initially in NXT UK before they moved to NXT in the United States in the Summer of 2022. Wolfgang and Mark Coffey are former NXT UK Tag Team Champions and NXT Tag Team Champions.
