Hulk Hogan Thinks The Rock Will "Tear The House Down" If He Wrestles At WrestleMania 40
Hulk Hogan has high hopes if The Rock wrestles at WrestleMania
Following The Rock's shocking surprise WWE return last week on Friday Night SmackDown and the ongoing Hollywood writer strikes, talk has stirred up once more of The Rock returning to the ring for a match with Roman Reigns. In fact, The Rock himself has revealed that he is open for it.
Of course, nothing is set in stone (or rock), and if The Rock is to be believed, he was even in agreement to face Reigns at last year’s WrestleMania. Apparently though, The Rock didn’t think he was in good enough condition to prepare himself for a match. A fellow WWE legend in Hulk Hogan has shared his thoughts on The Rock stepping foot back in a WWE ring, and thinks the multi-time world champion would tear the house down when speaking to Sports Illustrated;
“Rock’s in great shape, better than I was, and he is so smart inside the ring. It would be great to see him come back. It would be bigger than him, too. It’s something that would be significant for everyone in wrestling. Even though he hasn’t wrestled in a while, if he goes out there, Rock is going to tear that place down. Good luck to anyone trying to follow that match.”
Hogan would also say that he thinks it's clear that The Rock still has wrestling in his blood, and a return to WWE would be massive.
