IMPACT World Title Number One Contenders Match Set For IMPACT Emergence 2021

Four men compete for the right to challenge for Gold

IMPACT Wrestling have announced a Fatal 4-Way Match at IMPACT Emergence 2021 to determine the next number one contender to the IMPACT World Championship.

The World Title scene in IMPACT Wrestling has drastically changed in the last week with Christian Cage winning the Championship from Kenny Omega in the first-ever match on AEW Rampage last Friday. Cage will be defending the Title against Brian Myers at Emergence 2021 after he won a Battle Royal on IMPACT last week.

Myers won the bout by eliminating Moose and Chris Sabin in the final exchanges, throwing both men over the top rope at the same time.

The promotion have now confirmed that the four runners-up in the recent Battle Royal will now meet in a Fatal 4-Way Match to determine the next challenger for the IMPACT World Championship.

Moose, Chris Sabin, Sami Callihan and Ace Austin will do battle against each other at IMPACT Emergence, which will air on Friday 20 August, with the winner challenging for the IMPACT World Title at Victory Road in September.
